Choosing Stainless Steel Storage Racks
Good storage keeps a kitchen fast and safe. Stainless steel racks hold dry goods, utensils, crates and containers off the floor, which helps cleaning and pest control, and they do not rust in damp stores or cold rooms.
Before you order, decide
- Size and tiers: measure the wall or room. Racks are built to size, and the bottom shelf should stay high enough to mop under.
- Solid or slatted shelves: solid shelves for dry goods and spills; slatted shelves for air flow in cold rooms and draining utensils.
- Load: tell us what goes on the heaviest shelf, since sacks of rice and flour need a stronger build.
- Adjustable feet: keep racks level on sloped kitchen floors.
Label shelves and keep raw and cooked items apart to make food safety simple.
