Choosing an Industrial Dough Kneading Machine
Chapati plants, central kitchens and very large canteens knead flour in quantities well beyond a restaurant dough kneader. An industrial dough kneading machine has a larger bowl and a high-torque drive to mix big batches without strain.
Before you order, decide
- Batch size and batches per shift: these set the bowl size and motor.
- Power supply: industrial machines need three-phase power.
- Safety: a bowl guard and emergency stop are essential on larger machines.
- Unloading: plan how the dough comes out, as lifting a heavy batch by hand is a strain.
- Line capacity: match the kneader to your rolling and cooking capacity so dough does not sit waiting.
For restaurant-size batches, our standard dough kneaders are more practical.
