Choosing a Bread Slicer
Slicing loaves by hand is slow and uneven. A bread slicer pushes a loaf through a set of blades and cuts it into equal slices in seconds, ready for packing or sandwiches. Bakeries, cafés and hotel kitchens use them.
Before you order, decide
- Slice thickness: tell us the thickness you sell, since blade spacing sets it.
- Loaf size: the machine must take your longest and tallest loaf.
- Volume: how many loaves you slice per day.
- Safety: guards and a push plate keep hands away from the blades.
Let bread cool fully before slicing; warm bread tears and gums up the blades.
