Choosing a Sandwich Griller
A commercial sandwich griller presses and toasts sandwiches, paninis and wraps between two heated plates, cooking both sides at once. Cafés, college canteens, snack counters and QSRs rely on it for fast, consistent orders.
Before you order, decide
- Plate surface: grooved plates give grill marks; flat plates suit wraps and delicate items.
- Size: single or double, depending on how many sandwiches go out together at peak.
- Temperature control: separate thermostats let you run two plates for different items.
- Power supply: check the socket rating before installation.
Scrape and wipe the plates while they are still warm after service; built-up cheese and oil affect both taste and heating.
