Choosing an Industrial Meat Mincer
Meat processing units, large meat shops and central kitchens mince far more than a restaurant keema machine is meant for. An industrial meat mincer has a larger feed opening, a stronger motor and higher output for continuous work.
Before you order, decide
- Output: tell us your daily volume and peak.
- Plates and knives: hole sizes for the mince textures you sell.
- Overload protection: protects the motor if bone or frozen blocks jam the worm.
- Hygiene: every contact part should strip down for thorough washing.
- Power supply: larger machines usually need three-phase power.
For a restaurant or smaller meat shop, our keema machines are usually the better fit.
