Choosing a 2 Deck Baking Oven
A deck oven bakes on a heated deck, giving bread, pav, pizza and biscuits the crust that convection ovens struggle to match. Two decks stacked in one unit let a bakery or pizzeria bake two products at different temperatures at the same time.
Before you order, decide
- Gas or electric: electric decks are easy to control precisely; gas can cost less to run where a gas line exists. Our 2 deck oven comes in both.
- Tray size: tell us the tray size you use so the chamber fits it.
- Separate controls: each deck should have its own temperature control.
- Power or gas load: electric deck ovens usually need three-phase supply.
- Ventilation: plan an exhaust above the oven.
Share what you bake and how many trays an hour you need, and we will suggest the right configuration.
